The Villa

The villa is set in Torviscas/San Eugenio Alto which boasts some of the best views in Las Americas.

There are four double bedrooms, two on the top floor with a bathroom. One of these has a kingsize bed with tempur matress and double doors that lead on to a private balcony with amazing panoramic sea views. The other zip and link beds that can either be two singles or one six foot bed. There is another bedroom on the lounge level where there is a shower room. This bedroom has double doors that lead onto the main terrace. This room has another zip and link bed. The fourth bedroom is on the lower floor and has its own shower room. It has an external door that has stairs up to the main terrace. This large room has two single beds.

There is a fully fitted kitchen that has a dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer, there is also a utility area with a washing machine.

The lounge/diner has a 42 inch LCD Tv, DVD player and a English satellite receiver that has BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4, CH5. Please note the receiver can be effected by bad weather but generally there is a good picture.The lounge is bright because of two sets of double doors that lead onto the main terrace and has gorgeous panoramic sea views over La Gomera. There is a modern glass extendable dining table inside with 8 chairs.

The property has its own large kidney shaped plunge pool, outside shower, 2 x fully tiled good size terraces and sun canopies. Please be aware there is no shallow end in plunge pool however steps into pool offer easy access. Children will need constant supervision when on terrace.The terraces are comprised of a private one off the main bedroom while the other is accessed from either of the two patio doors in the lounge. The latter is the larger of two. There are 4 sunbeds, 2 recliner sun chairs, an outside sofa and armchairs, also a main dining table with 7 chairs and table and chairs in the breakfast area.

We also have a Britax baby car seat (9 months to 3 years), highchair and travel cot available to rent for 10 euros per item per week.

The villa is set in a quiet area and noise after midnight is not tolerated.
